ROLE: designer
TYPE: logo design, identity
After almost 30 years of the original spirit mark being untouched, the executive leadership at Tarleton decided it was time to entertain the idea of updating the logo. I was asked to submit ideas of what an updated spirit mark might look like. Tarleton ultimately chose to use an agency to design the final logo that was officially unveiled in 2017.

CLIENT: Collier Consulting, Inc.
ROLE: designer
TYPE: advertising, identity
Collier Consulting reached out to me to provide some branding vision for their 20-year-old company. They are a geoscience and engineering firm. Their headquarters are in Stephenville, Texas, with satellite locations in Austin, Houston, and Waco, Texas.
Their one stipulation, they didn't want to change their logo or company colors. So, I presented the messaging and graphics in a guidelines format with examples to help better provide context for my proposal.

CLIENT: W K Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas
ROLE: designer
TYPE: logo design, identity
The Gordon Society was created as a giving program to support ongoing initiatives at the W. K. Gordon Center, a research facility of Tarleton State University. The center also doubles as a museum and special collections library in Thurber, Texas.
I designed the giving logo using historical elements important to the story of the center’s relevance to Thurber’s past. While it is a nod to the past, it also celebrates the contemporary importance of the center.
